What about the Belgian paperwork?

In Belgium, selling a van involves: DIV cancellation, registration transfer, an up-to-date Car-Pass, and a destruction certificate if the vehicle goes to scrap. When the van is broken, damaged or without a valid roadworthiness certificate, all this can quickly become a headache.

Why not go to a dealer?
